Valley View studio – where eco meets Art Deco (SOLAR)
“Eco meets Art Deco” is the theme of our Valley studio in Knysna, jewel of the Garden Route: A lot of green meets white and gold. Because of its tranquility, warmness and subtile elegance, it is your perfect vacation cocoon and holiday rental. Sit at the window table to enjoy the view into the green valley of our neighbourhood & from the balcony, enjoy the views over the living roof towards Knysna and a part of the lagoon. Situated in Paradise, a quiet and green neighborhood on a hill, Valley studio is part of our guest house Maison Mahogany. Free parking, a spacious garden and 4K smart TV with Netflix and Showmax are some of the features on offer.
Solar system
We do now have a big solar system consisting of 20 panels on the roof, two 8KW Inverters and two 11KW Batteries, so – with just the exception of the Jacuzzi and underfloor heating (both in Main House only) – during loadshedding, the light, power and internet stay on at our property and in all our units.
Garden
Feel free to walk through the garden and spend some time there. We have multiple seating areas where you may enjoy your time outside. And did you notice the bird feeder? There is often something going on there :)
Grill / BBQ
There is a Braai area in the garden and a small portable Braai. Please do not use it on the decks, only in the garden or on the concrete driveway.
49′ Samsung 4K Smart TV
There is 49′ Samsung The Serif 4K Smart TV in each of our units. Complimentary usage of our Netflix Premium and Showmax subscription make it nearly impossible to get bored at any time. Don’t forget to go outside and to enjoy Knysna :)
